Member Experience Associate

📋 Description

• Prepare the office for the day: coffee, breakfast, and shared amenities.
• Own inventory: manage supplies and reorder for the location.
• Design signage and coordinate events to welcome members.
• Onboard new members into multiple systems for a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to showcase our solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Operate machines/appliances like printers, dishwashers, blenders, etc.
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning per health regs.
• Ensure work areas are sanitary and safety protocols followed.
