Member Experience Associate - Palo Alto

📋 Description

• You’re the first face guests see while prepping the office (coffee/amenities).
• Proactively manage inventory and order supplies for your location.
• Design signage and plan events to enhance the member experience.
• Add new members to multiple systems for a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to highlight our solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Lift/carry/pull up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk long periods.
• Operate printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, etc.
• Assist in food prep and cleaning per health and safety rules.
• Keep work areas sanitary and follow safety protocols.
