Member Experience Associate (Part-Time) - Arlington

📋 Description

• You are the first face people see while you’re preparing the office for the day: brewing coffee
• Manage inventory and ordering of location supplies to keep operations smooth.
• Design and execute events and signage to enhance the member experience.
• Onboard new members into multiple systems so their first day is seamless.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to showcase our flexible solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Operate machines/appliances as needed (printers, dishwashers, etc.).
• Participate in food prep and cleaning, following health and safety rules.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols.
