Member Experience Associate (Part-Time) - Los Angeles

📋 Description

• Be the first face in the office; prep space, coffee, breakfast, and amenities.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the location.
• Plan events and design signage to enhance the member experience.
• Onboard new members into multiple systems for a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Participate in local marketing events to showcase Industrious value.

🎯 Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Operate printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, etc.
• Assist with food prep and cleaning per health and safety rules.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols.
