Member Experience Associate (Part-Time) - New York City

📋 Description

• Prepare the office for the day: brew coffee, set out breakfast, stock amenities.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the location.
• Plan events and design signage to enhance the member experience.
• Add new members to multiple systems for a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to showcase value to prospects.

🎯 Requirements

• Lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for long periods.
• Operate printers, dishwashers, blenders, carts, knives, etc.
• Participate in food prep and cleaning per safety regs.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols.
