Member Experience Associate (Part-Time) - Reston

📋 Description

• Be the first face members see, prep the office for the day, brew coffee, and stock shared amenities.
• Own inventory management and location supplies ordering.
• Design and set up events and signage for a memorable member experience.
• Add new members into multiple systems to ensure a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Participate in local marketing events to showcase value of flexible solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Operate machines/appliances (printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen
• Participate in food prep and cleaning per health and safety regulations, including use of cleaning
• Keep work areas sanitary and follow safety protocols.
