Member Experience Manager - Austin

📋 Description

• In-person hospitality role at Austin location, on-site 5 days a week.
• Act as go-to problem solver, connector, and experience creator for members.
• Identify member needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Plan and coordinate member events and community programming.
• Represent Industrious in the local market and recruit potential members.
• Support a consultative sales approach to understand member needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Operate printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and kitchen tools.
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning, following health regulations.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols.
