📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policies and protect member information.
• Work solo or with a team to meet lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun services through outreach at locations/events.
• Travel between store locations for outreach and applications.
• Assist with applications via iPads/QR codes and support store operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Love helping members, including outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Willing to travel between designated work locations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment; lift up to 25 pounds.
