📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, while following company policies and protecting member information.
• Work solo or in teams, meet daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive, affordable financial services.
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events to generate leads and applications.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with daily store operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedules.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Ability to travel between locations within ordinary commute distance.
