📋 Description

• Own end-to-end finance transformation workstreams and roadmaps.
• Design scalable, audit-ready solutions with Engineering and Finance.
• Drive execution by managing workstreams and deliverables.
• Partner with finance, accounting, tax, treasury across functions.
• Produce documentation and communicate opportunities to executives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; CPA preferred or progress toward it.
• Fintech/crypto sector experience desired.
• Solid crypto background with technical product knowledge.
• Motivated, proactive; strong PM, org, and communication skills.
• Proven experience supporting operational and accounting processes.
• Big 4 experience desirable; ability to partner with biz/tech leaders.
