🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software design, AI/ML, or tech consulting
• 3+ years leading technology teams as hands-on leader
• Customer empathy with bias for action
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD and containers
• System integration via APIs, webhooks, data pipelines
