📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end settlement ops for institutional clients on time.
• Reconcile activity across systems; validate on-chain transactions.
• Maintain docs and runbooks; drive resilience and audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.
• Stay current with evolving crypto markets and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade support.
• Strong attention to detail; manage multiple time-sensitive workflows.
• Experience reconciling transactions across systems; investigate breaks.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts; use explorers to validate transactions.
• Clear communication with ownership and risk-aware mindset.
• Bonus: institutional client experience; SQL/Python/Looker/Retool.
