Member of Creative Studio (Web Designer - Marketing & Landing Pages)

📋 Description

• Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces end-to-end — you're the DRI
• Create and own the CMS design system: templates, components, patterns for self-serve on-brand pages
• Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate goals into high-converting page designs
• Work with Brand to maintain visual consistency across web touchpoints
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ship pages quickly, migrating off Framer
• Bring a strong point of view on layout, typography, motion, and web interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of web and marketing design — landing pages, product marketing sites
• Excellent visual design with clear brand, typography, and composition
• Hands-on CMS/templating systems experience and scalable, self-serve page systems
• Experience at brand and growth intersection with focus on conversion
• Comfort working fast and iterating in real time with engineers
• Fluency in Figma; solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
