Member of Engineering (Agent Experience)

📋 Description

• Partner with researchers, eval, infra, and engineers to translate workflows into agentic flows.
• Design and build backend services using Python and Go to power agents.
• Drive adoption of agent-native research workflows.
• Build evals and datasets to measure self-improvement of models.
• Integrate with research infra and build dashboards to track adoption.
• Collaborate with the harness/runtime team to define the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals in backend, API, DB design, and ops.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building agentic systems or harness engineering.
• Nice to have: ML research workflows incl. experiments, evals, datasets.
• Nice to have: Experience with model-training tools like W&B, Neptune, Dagster.
