Member of Engineering (Data & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Design, build, operate data and analytics systems for model development.
• Own lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analysis.
• Build scalable data infrastructure for growth, reliability, performance.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate data needs into solutions.
• Build and maintain distributed data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Contribute to greenfield projects while scaling existing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming in Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts: consistency, queues, streams, pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production observability.
• Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving for scalable, reliable engineering solutions.
