Member of Engineering (Data & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate data systems for model workflows.
• Own lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analytics, retention.
• Develop high-performance data infrastructure for scale and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate data needs into solutions.
• Build and maintain distributed data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Contribute to greenfield projects and scale existing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Go or Python.
• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Understanding distributed systems concepts, queues/streams, and data pipelines.
• Cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production observability.
• Able to lead complex technical initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with OLAP and time-series databases is a plus.
