Member of Engineering (Data & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate data and analytics systems for model workflows.
• Own the full lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analysis.
• Develop high performance data infrastructure for scale and reliability.
• Collaborate with research teams to translate data needs into solutions.
• Build and maintain distributed data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Drive technical initiatives across teams with reliability and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience designing, building, operating distributed systems at scale.
• Understanding distributed systems concepts, including consistency models and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production observability.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication in distributed, international team.
