📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate data and analytics systems for model development workflows.
• Own lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analysis, retention.
• Build high-performance data infrastructure for scale, reliability, and performance.
• Build and maintain distributed data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Drive initiatives to improve and scale systems for long-term growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Go, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, queues, streams, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production observability.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives independently with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication in distributed, international teams.
