Member of Engineering (Data & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate data and analytics systems supporting advanced model development workflows.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analysis, and retention.
• Develop scalable, high-performance data infrastructure for growing scale and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers to understand workflows and translate data needs into solutions.
• Build and maintain distributed systems, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Contribute to greenfield projects while scaling and improving existing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts, including consistency models, queues/streams, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and observability systems.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills for scalable, reliable engineering.
