Member of Engineering (Data & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate data and analytics systems for model workflows.
• Own lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analysis, retention.
• Develop high-performance data infrastructure for scale and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate data needs into solutions.
• Build and maintain distributed data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Drive technical initiatives across teams, ensuring reliability and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Go or Python, or similar languages.
• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production observability experience.
• Ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous technical initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding distributed systems concepts: consistency, queues/streams, and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in distributed, international teams.
