Member of Engineering (Data & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate data & analytics systems for model workflows.
• Own the lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analysis, and retention.
• Build scalable data infrastructure for AI research with high scale and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate data needs into solutions.
• Build and maintain distributed data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Drive cross-team initiatives to improve observability, reliability, and long-term growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar.
• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts including queues, streams, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production observability.
• Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ML research workflows and experimentation environments.
