Member of Engineering (Data & Analytics)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate data and analytics systems for model workflows.
• Own the lifecycle of experiment data: modeling, ingestion, retrieval, analysis, retention.
• Develop high-performance data infrastructure for scale, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate data needs into solutions.
• Build and maintain distributed systems, data pipelines, analytics platforms.
• Contribute to greenfield projects and scale existing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Go or Python.
• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Understanding distributed systems concepts: consistency, queues, streams, data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production observability.
• Able to lead complex technical initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving for scalable and reliable engineering.
