Member of Engineering (Design Engineer, Full Experience)

📋 Description

• Own quality and consistency of Poolside's design across product, marketing, brand, and systems.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system and pipeline, not just a component library.
• Write reusable, production-grade frontend code: components and systems.
• Partner with Design Engineers on external-facing surfaces to align brand and product.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering to productionise and evolve the design system.
• Maintain a high visual bar; raise standards across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Visual craft with high polish and typographic sensitivity.
• Experience designing across product, marketing, design systems, and brand.
• Proficiency in reusable frontend code; components and systems.
• History building with code: scripts and tools shipped from scratch.
• Familiarity with developer workflows: VCS, local env, CLIs, deployments.
• Deep experience designing for developer tools.
