Member of Engineering (Interfaces, Full Stack)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features (backend, APIs, UI)
• Build intuitive UIs for complex technical workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to improve workflows
• Develop and maintain shared platform components and internal frameworks
• Prototype, test, and iterate features from user feedback
• Ensure quality across stack: performance, scalability, reliability, usability
• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer delivering end-to-end web apps
• Strong TypeScript/React frontend; backend experience with modern languages
• Translate vague problems into practical user-focused solutions
• Product mindset; understand user needs and make thoughtful tech decisions
• Build scalable, maintainable apps with clean architecture
• Excellent collaboration across multidisciplinary remote teams
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Interest in AI/ML workflows or data-intensive apps is a plus
