📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features (backend, APIs, UI).
• Build intuitive interfaces for complex workflows used by internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to improve products.
• Develop shared platform components and internal interface frameworks.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on features based on user feedback.
• Ensure quality across the stack: performance, reliability, usability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer delivering end-to-end web apps.
• Strong TypeScript and React frontend, plus backend service experience.
• Translate complex problems into practical user-focused solutions with minimal supervision.
• Product-minded with ability to align tech with user needs and decisions.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable apps with clean architecture.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary, remote teams; AI interests a plus.
