📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end product features (backend, APIs, UI).
• Build intuitive interfaces for complex processes, experiments, data workflows for internal users.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to understand workflows and deliver improvements.
• Develop and maintain shared platform components and internal interface frameworks.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on features based on user feedback.
• Ensure high-quality across the stack: performance, scalability, reliability, usability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer delivering end-to-end web apps.
• Strong TS/React frontend skills plus backend services experience.
• Translate loosely defined problems into practical, user-focused solutions.
• Strong product mindset; understand user needs and make thoughtful decisions.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable apps with clean architecture.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary, remote teams.
