📋 Description

• Research and experiment to improve reasoning and code generation for LLMs
• Own the full experiment life cycle from idea to experimentation and integration
• Keep up with latest research in LLMs, RL, and code generation
• Design, analyze, and iterate on data generation and training of LLMs
• Implement RL training pipelines that scale reliably across domains
• Diagnose training instabilities and failures, and write maintainable code

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformers
• Knowledge of scaling laws and mid-/post-training techniques
• Experience training reasoning and agentic models
• Hands-on use of LLMs and understanding their capabilities and limits
• Reinforcement Learning experience and distributed RL pipelines
• Strong Python, ML algorithms and PyTorch or JAX
