Own the hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and ATS management
Build, maintain, and improve internal processes
Coordinate logistics across SF and Shenzhen offices
Manage vendor relationships: office space, supplies, insurance, swag, equipment
Support the Dimensional Residency program: applications, onboarding, logistics
Handle whatever needs handling — the scope expands as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of experience in ops, chief of staff, or startup generalist roles
Extremely organized with high execution speed — you don't drop things
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without supervision
Technical fluency — you should be comfortable with GitHub, Linear, and developer tooling
Bonus: Mandarin fluency
