Member of Product, Tokenization

📋 Description

• Partner with product leadership to define and execute the tokenization strategy, establish product
• Lead product development across asset issuance, lifecycle management, custody, settlement
• Design and improve the end-to-end experiences of institutional issuers and investors, including
• Drive product initiatives spanning money market funds, tokenized money market funds, broker-dealer
• Convert complex capital markets requirements, blockchain infrastructure considerations, regulatory
• Work closely with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and client-facing teams to

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success owning and delivering a technical product roadmap end-to-end within regulated
• Strong working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, tokenization concepts, and institutional
• Relevant experience in regulated financial services and the ability to navigate complex regulatory
• Experience in at least two of the following: direct experience with tokenization, tokenized money
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and help
