Member of Talent Staff (GTM)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle GTM recruiting across sales, marketing, CS, and partnerships.
• Partner with leaders to define role requirements, leveling, and hiring bar.
• Build and manage a deep pipeline of top commercial talent via sourcing and referrals.
• Source for competitive, quota-carrying and senior GTM roles in a fast-moving market.
• Design scalable interview processes that assess sales motions, domain fit, and culture.
• Time split: 90% GTM recruiting and 10% recruiting operations & process.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting, with a strong GTM/commercial focus, ideally in high-growth startups.
• Proven full-cycle GTM recruiting experience and closing competitive sales, marketing, CS candidates.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market motions and ability to assess commercial talent across the funnel.
• Comfortable defining and calibrating a GTM hiring bar with founders and leaders.
• Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive candidate and team matters.
• Excellent communicator who can work with founders and individual contributors; organized and process-driven.
