📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI systems for nuclear engineering
• Build LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and autonomous agents
• Develop scalable backend services and developer tooling
• Design architectures prioritizing correctness, explainability, safety
• Partner with AI researchers, software engineers, and nuclear experts
• Drive product direction and engineering excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 7-15+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python; plus proficiency in Go, Rust, C++, Java, or TypeScript
• Experience building distributed systems and cloud-native apps
• ML infrastructure experience (PyTorch, Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication and collaboration
