📋 Description

• Own technical projects from problem definition through implementation, deployment, and ongoing
• Design and develop AI agents and automated workflows for healthcare operations
• Build and maintain web and mobile features for clinicians, patients, families, and internal teams
• Translate ambiguous business and clinical challenges into clear specifications and technical
• Implement backend services, data models, APIs, and infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code
• Own services across their lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience building and shipping production software
• Ability to own products end-to-end
• Full-stack skills in Python and TypeScript
• Comfort with large established codebases
• Hands-on LLM development including agent orchestration and evaluation frameworks
• Daily use of AI coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
