📋 Description

• Leverage prompt-engineering and RAG to optimize platform on biopharma data.
• Wrangle commercial and marketing data into complex LLM pipelines for compliant content.
• Implement ML Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Develop LLM eval infrastructure to store, analyze and iterate on outputs and client feedback.
• Scope, architect, and build SOTA agents and pipelines while supporting customers directly.
• Flex across the full stack (frontend, backend, infra) to support customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering chops: building systems and deploying enterprise-grade products.
• Independent thinking; able to drive results autonomously.
• Strong Python, FastAPI, Docker, AWS skills.
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) for workflows and RAG.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong, relentless work ethic.
