Member of Technical Staff (Content Engineer)

📋 Description

• Build and hand-code responsive, cross-client HTML emails and banners.
• Produce HTML5 banners for Google DV360/Ads and major DSPs.
• Own the last mile of content, turning AI output into production-ready assets.
• Develop reusable templates and modular components for email/banner systems used by 50 pharma brands.
• Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to ensure clean handoffs and automate steps.
• Ensure brand, accessibility, and pharma compliance before shipping.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level HTML & CSS for hand-coded emails and banners with inline styles and responsive techniques.
• Email client rendering: MSO/Outlook quirks, VML backgrounds, cross-client CSS.
• Experience building HTML5 banners (IAB sizes) with animation and proper clickTag setup.
• Ad platform & DSP rendering know-how across Google DV360/Ads and major DSPs.
• Templating & modular systems (Handlebars, Liquid, MJML) for reusable components.
• JavaScript for banner interactivity and asset automation; React/Next.js a plus.
