Member of Technical Staff, Custody (Backend Engineer)

📋 Description

• Participate in breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance of Custody systems.
• Write, review, test, and document code according to Anchorage's engineering standards and practices.
• Tackle complex, ambiguous problems and formulate elegant, practical solutions.
• Review other developers' code to ensure consistency and share context across the team.
• Lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large projects across teams with minimal oversight.
• Foster an efficient deterministic testing culture and minimize technical debt.
