Member of Technical Staff (Fullstack)

📋 Description

• Build and harden FastAPI services for ingestion and retrieval
• Design APIs, workflows, and deployment pipelines
• Package LLM/RAG agents into production services
• Ship to AWS; manage secrets, networking, autoscaling
• Integrations with Veeva Promomats, Adobe, and Figma
• Orchestrate file processing, OCR, embeddings, and metadata enrichment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack skills: Python, FastAPI, Docker, AWS
• Experience with LLMs for workflows and RAG
• Independent thinking and decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Track record building enterprise-grade systems
• Familiarity with Celery, Redis, data pipelines
