Member of Technical Staff (Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Deploy and scale AI-agent infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end observability across Rust services and agents.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and per-PR environments.
• Improve shipping speed and safety; tooling for reviews and tests.
• Treat developer experience as a product for Footprint engineers.
• Build infrastructure that serves product goals; wear many hats.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years operating production infra on a major cloud; provisioning, deploying, debugging.
• Fluency with infrastructure-as-code and declarative infra.
• Strong observability: metrics, traces, logs, and alerting.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and the build/deploy systems.
• Comfort with Postgres: performance, scaling, safe schema changes.
• A bias toward making other engineers faster; improve developer experience.
