📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship native iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Own features end-to-end—from product discussions and design to release.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, and Backend Engineering to deliver customer-facing experiences.
• Build reusable SwiftUI components and create polished, intuitive user experiences.
• Optimize performance, reliability, testing, and release quality.
• Contribute to long-term architecture and engineering standards of Mercor's mobile platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production iOS apps.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience shipping production apps through the App Store.
• Strong understanding of modern mobile architecture and engineering best practices.
• Comfortable using modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
