📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers on Linux initiator stack, FC NIC drivers for Purity.
• Develop fixes for Linux initiator (NVMe, ROCE, TCP/IP), FC-SCSI and iSCSI.
• Debug VMware initiator issues and create compatibility docs.
• Maintain Fibre Channel and NIC driver code; improve RAS and multipathing.
• Maintain Linux kernels for internal testing; document supported configurations.
• Analyze and optimize Linux initiator behavior; upstream Linux code.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Linux kernel and device driver experience (storage or networking preferred).
• 5+ years development experience; 15+ years typical.
• Storage protocol stack design/implementation experience.
• Experience with storage protocols: SCSI (FC/iSCSI) and NVMe fabrics.
• Leadership: ability to mentor engineers and deliver on time.
• C/C++ with Python programming; upstream Linux code experience preferred.
