📋 Description

• Lead Linux kernel and VMWare initiator stack work; FC and NIC drivers.
• Maintain Linux kernel for internal testing.
• Document supported configurations for customers.
• Optimize Linux initiator behavior for Flasharray; upstream fixes.
• Maintain Purity’s Fibre Channel SCSI (FCP) target driver.
• Resolve complex Fibre Channel bugs; enhance FC stack; multipathing.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience writing device drivers and/or kernel development for Linux/Unix; storage or networking drivers
• 10+ years development experience in Linux kernel or driver code
• Experience with C and C++, along with Python
• Linux storage device drivers experience (Fibre Channel, NVMe, ROCE, block, multipath)
• Performance analysis/optimization for storage systems or protocols
• Debugging difficult protocol/kernel/system issues
• PCIe Gen4/Gen5, HBA, DMA, storage transport bottlenecks
• Leading/mentoring engineers and on-time delivery
