• Own the Protocol Lifecycle: lead Linux/VMware initiator/target stacks
• Drive System Resilience: enhance Fibre Channel and NIC drivers for RAS and multipathing
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: guide engineers, code reviews, kernel standards
• Solve the Impossible: escalation point for complex kernel bugs and root-cause analysis
• Shape the Ecosystem: optimize initiator throughput latency; contribute upstream

• Linux kernel development
• Device driver development (storage or networking)
