📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end root-cause investigations across the storage stack.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and platform software teams to isolate bugs.
• Build observability and automation tools to speed triage and monitoring.
• Ensure rapid, permanent resolution of high-impact escalations.
• Guide firmware rollout and qualification for new SKUs and builds.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong systems, storage, firmware, or low-level software expertise.
• Linux environments with Python/Go/C/C++ for automation.
• Excellent cross-team communication to translate logs into actionable bugs.
• Proactive, scalable validation using large-scale test environments and CI/CD.
