• Lead end-to-end release lifecycle for storage software from development to GA.
• Bridge Development, QA, and Product Management to ensure quality.
• Own release pipelines health; triage war rooms; drive automation.
• Build developer tooling; manage HW test fleets; maintain integrations.
• Lead CI/CD orchestration with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• On-call rotations to keep CI/test infra running reliably.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software Eng/DevOps; 3-5 years in Release Lead.
• CI/CD mastery: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions; Terraform/Ansible.
• Systems thinking across the SDLC; Gitflow/Trunk-based branching.
• Scripting/Automation: Python, Bash, or Go.
• Strong Git/codeline management; merge-safe release workflows.
• Incident management: lead war rooms; RCA and rapid fixes.
