Member of Technical Staff (Search Engine Developer, Search Core)

📋 Description

• Design and build core search engine components at scale
• Indexing pipelines, retrieval algorithms, ranking systems
• Streaming and batch data processing for index construction
• Low-level hardware optimizations and systems tuning
• Handle multithreading, concurrency, and system-level optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in systems programming (Rust, C++, C, or similar)
• Ownership of full project lifecycle
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
• Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
• Deep understanding of multithreading and trade-offs
• Experience with high-load, distributed, hardware-adjacent services
