📋 Description

• Own end-to-end security strategy for PSI across platform, API, and customers.
• Architect security into the AI platform, paid API, and enterprise engagements.
• Lead SOC 2 readiness and ISO 27001; translate requirements into engineering controls.
• Set security bar in reviews; threat modeling, multi-tenant isolation, data integrity.
• Build and lead security; incident response; enterprise relationships; scale the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Eight+ years in security engineering at scale with a track record at top companies.
• Deep fluency in application security, cloud security, IAM, and DevSecOps in Kubernetes.
• Hands-on SOC2 or ISO 27001 readiness from gap analysis to attestation.
• Ability to set strategy, be a founding security hire, and build threat models and runbooks.
• Nice to have: AI/ML security focus or multi-tenant isolation experience.
