🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering with Python, Go, or Rust.
• Strong API design: schema evolution, versioning, idempotency, auth, rate limiting, performance
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred); Kubernetes, CI/CD, modern DevOps.
• Experience with modern AI APIs; latency tuning, streaming, model orchestration is a plus.
• Customer empathy and product sense; create ergonomic, well-documented APIs for developers.
