🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years software engineering experience (strong junior/mid considered)
• Full-stack: Next.js/React/TypeScript frontend, Python backend
• Familiar with A/B testing platforms (Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely)
• SQL and data-informed decision making
• Ownership mindset and ability to ship experiments quickly
• Interest and openness to AI product growth
