🎯 Requirements

• Senior to staff-level software engineering experience.
• Deep experience designing, maintaining, and evolving large-scale production codebases.
• Strong systems thinking focused on code quality and reliability.
• Prior open-source contributions or publicly visible technical work.
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact technical problems with minimal direction.
• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience.
