🎯 Requirements

Python expert with clean, efficient code for AI/ML systems.
Experience processing large-scale datasets with Spark and Ray.
Proficiency in pre-training/post-training with JAX/PyTorch, including supervised fine-tuning and RL.
Ability to design rigorous evaluation pipelines: objective metrics, human studies, factuality
Experience building distributed training/inference systems on Kubernetes.
Proactive, self-driven teammate able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
