📋 Description

• Source and build a pipeline of acquisition targets within our buy box through outreach
• Run introductory calls with owners—build rapport, qualify fit
• Lead due diligence end-to-end: financial analysis, operations, contracts, and legal review
• Build and own financial models—valuation, deal structuring
• Drive deals from sourcing to close with owners, lenders, and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing, evaluating, closing acquisitions (2–10M EBITDA)
• 3 years healthcare investment banking or 1 year private equity
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
• Strong feel for Main Street services businesses and the owners who run them
• Accounting/finance background or MBA
• Interest in tech, AI, venture capital, or startups

🎁 Benefits
